The food system doesn't change because someone makes the case at a conference. It changes when the person writing supplier standards decides to raise them — and when the person setting a category's targets moves volume onto something better.
Those people work inside food businesses, and almost nobody who wants to fix the food system applies for their jobs. We find those roles, screen them for genuine influence over what gets bought, and spell out exactly what each one could change.
