Privacy
This is a small non-profit job board. We've deliberately built it to collect as little as possible.
What we don't collect
No accounts, no passwords, no CVs, no applications. You can use the whole site — browsing, filtering, applying — without telling us anything about yourself. We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell or share data with anyone.
Job digest and newsletter, if you ask for them
If you subscribe we store your email address, the interests you selected, and your first name if you chose to give one. That's all — no profile, no tracking of what you open or click.
We use it to send you a weekly digest of matching roles and occasional updates about our own work — that's the single subscription you sign up for, and we don't use your address for anything else. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Until you click it, we send you nothing. Emails are delivered through Resend, who process them on our behalf.
Every email carries a link to change your preferences, unsubscribe, or delete your details entirely — no need to email anyone or explain yourself. Deleting removes your address and everything attached to it permanently. We keep your details only for as long as you want to hear from us.
What we do collect
We count page views and clicks on Apply buttons, so we know which roles people find useful. These counts are anonymous — a record that a page was viewed at a certain time, with no device identifier or anything linking it to a person.
We also record the country a visit came from. That country is worked out by our hosting provider at the network edge; we never receive, store or log your IP address, and a country on its own can't identify anyone.
If you clicked Apply and later return to that job page, we may ask whether you applied and whether our guidance helped. Answering is optional, and the answers are stored without anything identifying you. That question is remembered in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers.
Applying for jobs
Applications happen entirely on the employer's own site. Once you click Apply you're on their platform, under their privacy policy, not ours.
